Which veggies do you have in your fridge?!! Yeah, those are exactly the ones you need! I’m going to list mine but you can use yours! And you can use as much as you need depending on how many people you will be feeding!
1 stock cube herbs or vegetable one!
Rice spaghetti or noodles
Chop all the veggies in small cubes and let them cook in a pot with water and the stock cube. When the veggies are tender but not too soft, add the rice pasta and let it cook a bit longer.
