Why I like it:
This issue is just brilliant!!!
There is a special section dedicated to quiche or tartes salty and sweet … I’ve already tried 3 of them!
I love the way it’s written and the photos, the whole design is very nice and the recipes are not “impossible chefs recipes” that no one is able to make in their own kitchen just because you are supposed to have 6 different types of sugar in a cupboard that is already exploding!
This is the French edition but I’m sure you can find it around and if you manage to get your hands on it, you’ll have plenty of recipes to try because this time they are all very tempting!
