Mushy Peas!

For some unknown reason I dind’t know mush peas in my childhood! A lot of people will probably think I had a happy childhood! However when I moved to England I discovered this strange, green, warm thing aside my Sunday roast, during the perfect Sunday pub lunch!

And…I fell in love!When I told my Mum she was literally horrified!

I don’t know if there is a real “holy” recipe but here you can try mine that is incredibly easy…as it should be!

Ingredients:

Peas 

Red Onion

Salt

Olive oil

Boil your peas, rinse them, put them into a container with some roughly chopped red onion, olive oil, and salt then mash everything together with a blender!

You’re done. I really think I should say no more. I love mushy peas!!!
